Meet 'The Addams Family' on nine new character posters

United Artists Releasing and MGM are gearing up to welcome The Addams Family back to the big screen, this time in animated form. You can reacquaint yourself with Morticia, Gomez, Wednesday, Pugsley and all the rest with nine new character posters, viewable in the gallery below!

The Addams Family originally ran as a single panel comic strip from 1938 to 1988. In 1964, the property was adapted for the small screen with a live action series that ran for two seasons. Since then, The Addams Family has spawned several rebooted series in both animated and live action forms and, in 1991, its first feature film, directed by Barry Sonnenfeld.

The new Addams Family movie features the voices of Oscar Isaac as Gomez Addams, Charlize Theron as Morticia Addams, Chloë Grace Moretz as Wednesday, Finn Wolfhard as Pugsley, Nick Kroll as Uncle Fester, Bette Midler as Grandmama and Allison Janney as the family’s arch nemesis, Margaux Needler.

Directed By Conrad Vernon and Greg Tiernan, The Addams Family is produced by Gail Berman and Alex Schwartz and executive produced ny Kevin Miserocchi, Andrew Mittman and Joe Earley

Look for The Addams Family to hit the big screen October 11.
