'Bad Boys for Life' debuts five new movie clips

This Friday, the Bad Boys are back. Martin Lawrence and Will Smith reprise their roles as Detectives Marcus Burnett and Mike Lowrey for a third installment, Bad Boys for Life. Last week, Paramount Pictures released a first clip from the film and they have today followed that up with an additional five scenes from the Joe Carnahan actioner. Bad Boys for Life is also slated to feature the return of Joe Pantoliano as Captain Howard with new roles for Vanessa Hudgens, DJ Khaled, Alexander Ludwig, Charles Melton, Paola Nuñez and Jacob Scipio.

The new Bad Boys follows the Miami PD and its elite AMMO team as they attempt to take down Armando Armas (Scipio), head of a drug cartel. A cold-blooded killer with a vicious, taunting nature, Armas is is committed to the work of the cartel and is dispatched by his mother to kill Mike (Smith).

Produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and Don Simpson, the original 1995 Bad Boys marked the feature film directorial debut of Michael Bay. Bay returned alongside Lawrence and Smith for Bad Boys II, which brought in more than $237 million at the worldwide box office. Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, whose recent crime thriller Gangsta was released internationally in 2017, are directing.

Look for Bad Boys for Life on the big screen January 17.
