The final trailer for Marvel's 'Black Widow' has arrived
With less than two months to go before the Marvel Cinematic Universe launches its ‘Phase Four,’ Marvel Studios has brought online the final trailer for Black Widow. Check it out in the player below and take a look at the film’s new poster design at the bottom of this page.
Scarlett Johansson, who was recently nominated for two Academy Awards for her recent performances in both Noah Baumbach’s Marriage Story and in Taika Waititi‘s Jojo Rabbit, reprises her role as Natasha Romanoff (aka Black Widow) in the action packed spy thriller. Joining her is Midsommar and Little Women star Florence Pugh as Yelena, David Harbour as Alexei (aka The Red Guardian) and Rachel Weisz as Melina.
Black Widow is the first of two Marvel Studios films hitting in 2020. It will be followed by Eternals, directed by Chloé Zhao (The Rider, Songs My Brother Taught Me), on November 6. Of course, the MCU isn’t going to be limited the big screen next year. In the fall, the first Disney+ series, The Falcon and the Winter Solider is set to launch on the streaming service.
Directed by Cate Shortland (Lore, Berlin Syndrome) and produced by Kevin Feige, Black Widow hits the big screen May 1.
