An extended TV spot for 'The Lion King' asks "Can you feel the love tonight?"

With less than a month before the arrival of Walt Disney Pictures‘s new big screen take on The Lion King, the studio has brought online a new TV spot that heavily features James Earl Jones’ return as Mufasa and a segment of the new film’s rendition of “Can You Feel the Love Tonight?”. Check it out in the player below and remember that tickets are now on sale for the July 19 release!

The Lion King journeys to the African savanna where a future king is born. Simba idolizes his father, King Mufasa, and takes to heart his own royal destiny. But not everyone in the kingdom celebrates the new cub’s arrival. Scar, Mufasa’s brother—and former heir to the throne—has plans of his own. The battle for Pride Rock is ravaged with betrayal, tragedy and drama, ultimately resulting in Simba’s exile. With help from a curious pair of newfound friends, Simba will have to figure out how to grow up and take back what is rightfully his.

The ensemble voice cast of The Lion King includes Donald Glover as adult Simba, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter as Nala, James Earl Jones as Mufasa (reprising his iconic performance from Disney’s 1994 animated classic), Chiwetel Ejiofor as Scar, Alfre Woodard as Sarabi, JD McCrary as Young Simba, Shahadi Wright Joseph as Young Nala, John Kani as Rafiki, John Oliver as Zazu, Seth Rogen as Pumbaa, and Billy Eichner as Timon.
