Happy Halloween from next year's 'Halloween Kills'

We may be safe from Michael Myers this Halloween, but that won’t be the case next year. After all, 2020 is the year that Halloween Kills. Production is currently underway on the franchise sequel and, in honor of the date, the cast and crew have shared a special video tease that you can check out in the player below!

Written by David Gordon Green & Danny McBride & Scott Teems and based on characters created by John Carpenter and Debra Hill, Halloween Kills will be directed Green and produced by Malek Akkad, Jason Blum and Bill Block. John Carpenter, Jamie Lee Curtis, Jeanette Volturno, Couper Samuelson, Danny McBride, David Gordon Green and Ryan Freimann are executive producers. Ryan Turek is overseeing the project for Blumhouse.

Halloween Kills will hit the big screen October 16, 2020 with a franchise finale, Halloween Ends, hitting one year later on October 15, 2021.

Last year’s Halloween, starring Jamie Lee Curtis and also directed by Green, went on to become the highest-grossing installment in the classic horror franchise at more than $250 million worldwide.
