Lionsgate has just debuted the full trailer for their upcoming “Robin Hood,” a big screen updating of the classic folk legend that sets “Kingsman” star Taron Egerton in the title role. Check it out in the player above!

In the film, war-hardened Crusader Robin of Loxley (Egerton) and his Moorish commander Little John (Academy Award winner Jamie Foxx) mount an audacious revolt against the corrupt English crown.

The “Robin Hood” cast also includes Ben Mendelsohn (“Ready Player One”), Eve Hewson (“Bridge of Spies”), Tim Minchin (“Californication”), and Jamie Dornan (“Fifty Shades of Grey”).

Directed by Otto Bathurst (“Peaky Blinders”) from a screenplay by Ben Chandler and David James Kelly (with an original story by Chandler), “Robin Hood” is produced by Jennifer Davisson and Leonardo DiCaprio.

Released today in tandem with the film’s full trailer is a set of six different character posters showcasing Robin Hood, Little John, Maid Marian, Friar Tuck, Will Scarlet and the Sheriff of Nottingham. You can check out all the designs using the gallery viewer at the bottom of this page.

Presented by Summit Entertainment, “Robin Hood” is an Appian Way production, a Safehouse Pictures production, in association with Thunder Roads Films. Look for it to hit the big screen November 21, 2018.
